Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1.What exactly does this program include? We provide educational guidance, personalized strategy, templates, and mentorship sessions to help you improve your personal and/or business credit. We don’t do the work for you — we teach you how to do it yourself.
2. Do you repair my credit for me? No. Our program is 100% educational. We teach you how to analyze your credit report, identify negative or incorrect items, and take the proper steps to dispute them yourself — legally and confidently. You stay in control. We simply guide you through the process.
2. Is credit education legal? Absolutely. You have the right to understand your credit and take action. We do not file disputes or represent you, which means we’re not subject to Credit Repair Organization Act (CROA) restrictions. We operate as an educational mentorship platform.
3.Do I need to have a business to work on business credit? No, but you will need to register a business entity (like an LLC). We’ll guide you through that process as part of the business credit mentorship track.
4.Can I work on someone else’s credit through this program? No. Each person must enroll and go through the process themselves. We do not offer “done-for-others” packages.
5.Will I get lifetime access to the materials? Yes — if your mentorship plan includes it. Many of our templates and resources are downloadable and yours to keep.
6.Will this program remove all negative items from my credit report? No one can promise that. We teach you how to identify and address inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items — and results depend on your specific report and how the bureaus respond.
7.How long does it take to see results? Some students notice progress within a few months, while others take longer. Every case is different — the key is consistency.
8. I have an open bankruptcy / collections — can I still join? Yes. We’ll help you understand how to work around those situations and build a comeback strategy. We don’t provide legal or debt settlement services.
9.Do I need to share my credit report or login info? No. You pull your own report and choose what to share. We never ask for login credentials or sensitive access.
10.Is my personal information safe? Yes. We do not collect or store your financial or personal documents. You stay in control of your data.
11.You mention other services — do you offer them directly? We may recommend third-party tools (e.g., for LLC registration, printing, credit monitoring), but we are not responsible for their performance. Use them at your discretion.
12.Do you offer refunds? Yes — under specific conditions. You must attend all scheduled sessions, complete all assigned tasks, and submit a formal refund request within 90 days. Refunds are not given for missed sessions, incomplete work, or lack of effort.
13.What if I’m new to the U.S. or have no credit history? Perfect — this program is for you. We show you how to understand the system and begin establishing a healthy credit foundation the right way.
14.Is this mentorship just for people with bad credit? Not at all. We work with people who are rebuilding, starting over, launching businesses, or just want to better understand the credit system.
15.Is credit education legal? Yes. You have the right to learn about your credit, and we have the right to teach it. This program does not violate CROA or FCRA guidelines because we don’t act on your behalf.
16.Is my personal information safe? Yes. We do not collect or store your financial or personal documents. You stay in control of your data.
17.Can I continue after 90 days? Yes! Many clients extend their mentorship or shift into business credit development tracks. We’ll discuss what’s next for you before your program ends.
